Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and legal bases to provide data to myagentworks or connect third-party systems.
Client agreements may contain additional confidentiality, security, deletion, retention, or data-processing terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with this Privacy Policy, the signed agreement controls for the applicable client data.

SMS and Mobile Communication
myagentworks LLC operates the Eterni SMS Notifications program on behalf of its funeral-home clients. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data are collected only to deliver the messages you request, such as service inquiry notifications, appointment reminders, and follow-up resource links.
Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You opt in by providing your mobile number and ticking the clearly labeled checkbox on our contact form, which is unchecked by default and describes the messages you will receive.
No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and it is never sold. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. The program is available to recipients in the United States.
