myagentworks LLC provides custom workflow automation, AI integration, software development, and related consulting services.

The scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute an offer or a guarantee of any specific result.

To deliver effectively, myagentworks relies on you to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant systems and stakeholders, and the approvals needed to move work forward.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any data, accounts, or materials you ask myagentworks to work with, and for using delivered solutions in compliance with applicable laws.

The myagentworks name, website content, and underlying materials are owned by myagentworks LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

Ownership of custom deliverables created during an engagement is governed by the written agreement for that engagement. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without prior written permission.

myagentworks treats non-public information shared during an engagement as confidential and uses it only to deliver the agreed services.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information with reasonable care. More detailed confidentiality obligations may be set out in a separate agreement.

Solutions may rely on third-party platforms, APIs, and services. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and policies.

myagentworks is not responsible for the availability, performance, or changes of third-party services that are outside its control.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While myagentworks delivers services with professional skill and care, it does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it does not guarantee any specific business outcome. Any service warranties are stated in the applicable engagement agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myagentworks LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant engagement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myagentworks LLC and its team from claims, losses, or expenses that arise from your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

These Terms apply while you use the website. myagentworks may suspend or restrict access to the website at any time.

Engagement-specific terms, including how an engagement may be ended, are governed by the relevant written agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved in accordance with applicable law.

myagentworks may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Our website includes a conversational AI agent. Responses from the agent are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Agent responses are informational only and do not constitute professional advice or a binding commitment by myagentworks LLC.

Do not provide passwords, financial-account information, health information, Social Security numbers, confidential credentials, or other sensitive information to the conversational AI agent or through the contact form.

myagentworks LLC uses a limited set of service providers to operate the website and deliver services, including Hostinger (hosting), ElevenLabs (conversational AI), and Cal.com (scheduling). These are described in the Privacy Policy at https://myagentworks.ai/privacy.

A client engagement that requires a Data Processing Addendum or Business Associate Agreement can request one; terms for such addenda are negotiated separately from these Terms.
